Warranty Policy
- B.O.D Architecture & Interior Design offers a general 36-month warranty according to the Kitchen Usage Guidelines and Product Warranty Regulations.
- The warranty only applies to the manufacturer’s technical defects and is not valid for damage caused by improper customer usage and storage.
- Customers are required to notify B.O.D Architecture & Interior Design within 5 (five) working days, and a B.O.D technician will assess the product in case of an issue.
