3. Interior Design Process
Step 1: Consultation
Nhận thông tin từ khách hàng như địa điểm thi công, diện tích thi công, các hạng mục cần thi công, phong cách thiết kế mong muốn và các hồ sơ thiết kế liên quan. Về vật liệu B.O.D sẽ đề xuất vật liệu thi công cho khách hàng hoặc lựa chọn theo vật liệu quý khách hàng yêu cầu (gỗ công nghiệp An Cường và Mộc Phát) hoặc thiết kế giống thiết kế 3D quý khách đã thiết kế tại B.O.D trước đó hoặc từ đơn vị khác. Tiến hành lên báo giá sơ bộ để khách hàng dự trù được chi phí.
Step 2: Quotation and Design Contract Signing
Sau khi có đầy đủ thông tin, B.O.D sẽ báo giá thiết kế dựa trên yêu cầu của khách hàng, sau khi tìm hiểu thống nhất thông tin trong hợp đồng, hai bên sẽ tiến hành ký hợp đồng thiết kế.
Step 3: Developing Design Concepts and Communicating with the Client
Lên ý tưởng, định hướng thiết kế, vật dụng nội thất, màu sắc theo yêu cầu của khách hàng. Tiếp theo đó thông tin đến khách hàng chi tiết ý tưởng và định hướng của concept.
Step 4: Space Planning
Giai đoạn này, B.O.D sẽ bố trí mặt bằng về công năng sử dụng của các sản phẩm nội thất trong dự án. Hồ sơ sẽ bao gồm vị trí bố trí, kích thước, hình minh họa của các sản phẩm nội thất. Sau đó tiếp nhận thêm thông tin phản hồi của khách hàng để chỉnh sửa.
Step 5: 3D Rendering
Tiến hành thiết kế 3D render rõ nét nhất các vật dụng nội thất cũng như không gian bày trí cho khách hàng dễ dàng hình dung. Mỗi không gian sẽ có tối đa 5 views (hướng) nhìn để tăng tính trực quan cho thiết kế.
Step 6: Finalizing the Design, Delivering the Design Documentation, and Providing Construction Quotes
Sau khi chỉnh sửa góp ý của quý khách về bản vẽ thiết kế, B.O.D sẽ tiến hành bàn giao hồ sơ liên quan và quyết toán hợp đồng thiết kế. Sau đó chúng tôi sẽ báo giá thi công nội thất dựa trên bản thiết kế 3D cho quý khách hàng tham khảo. Nếu quý khách chốt thi công như bản vẽ, chúng tôi luôn có chính sách hoàn ngay 10-50% phí thiết kế 3D tùy theo khối lượng thi công sau khi quý khách ký hợp đồng thi công.
4. What does the design documentation include?
For example, in the case of designing an apartment or condominium, the design documentation will include:

If the project size is less than 50m2, we will offer package pricing. | Assuming a rate of 180,000 VND per square meter, the cost for an area of 50m2 would be 9 million VND. This cost can be further reduced if you opt for a comprehensive design and construction package. |
