Architectural design is the arrangement and organization of spaces, including construction, water supply and drainage, lighting, air conditioning, ventilation, and more, aimed at creating a high-quality and functional living environment that fulfills the desires of customers for their dream homes.

- Floor plans, rooftop, and project structure (construction dimensions)
- Main facade, side facade of the structure
- Cross-sectional and longitudinal detailed views of the structure

- Detailed layout of each bathroom

3. Architectural design process
Step 1: Consultation
- Tiếp nhận thông tin tư vấn: địa điểm, diện tích, kích thước, các căn hộ dự án xung quanh liền kề.
- Khảo sát hiện trạng, nhu cầu mong muốn của khách hàng.
- Thương lượng quy trình làm việc.
- Báo giá sơ bộ: chi phí xây dựng, chi phí bóc tách bản dự án thi công chi tiết.
Step 2: Developing initial concepts
- Ký hợp đồng chốt báo giá và quy trình làm việc cũng như tiến độ dự án.
- Lên phương án cấu trúc mặt tiền.
- Hoàn thiện thiết kế sơ bộ.
- Hoàn tất các hồ sơ xây dựng.
Step 3: Detailed technical documentation
- Triển khai các bộ bản vẽ kỹ thuật chi tiết: bản vẽ kiến trúc, bản vẽ chi tiết, bản vẽ kết cấu, cơ điện công trình, bản vẽ cảnh quan và kiểm soát chi phí xây dựng cũng như dự toán chi phí công trình.
- Kiểm duyệt phương án thiết kế.
Step 4: Handover of the design proposal
Bàn giao toàn bộ các hồ sơ phương án thiết kế bao gồm: hồ sơ kết cấu, bản thiết kế kiến trúc, bản thiết kế phần điện – nước, dự toán chi phí.
Step 5: Discussion with the construction team
B.O.D sẽ kết nối khách hàng và đơn vị thi công uy tín, chi phí hợp lý theo mong muốn của khách hàng. Nếu như khách hàng có đơn vị thi công sẵn, B.O.D sẽ làm việc với bên thầu thi công kiến trúc để lựa chọn phương án thi công thích hợp nhất.
Step 6: Author's rights monitoring
B.O.D vừa thông tin đến quý khách hàng quy trình thiết kế kiến trúc tại B.O.D, các bước đều được B.O.D cân nhắc kỹ lưỡng nhằm mang lại được chất lượng nhất cho khách hàng. Mỗi dự án đều được lên phương án riêng biệt theo nhu cầu của quý khách, không sử dụng những thiết kế đại trà hay thiết kế sẵn.
